TimetoLearn: August Edition

Sky's internal workforce is vital to generating and retaining customers. With Sky Q launching its ATL campaign in August 2019, the internal workforce needed to relay new information to customers, that Sky Q has everything they need. All in one place, easy.

Utilising the monthly learning sessions for internal staff, the August edition was transformed to take advisors through the Sky Q experience. Staff experienced their learning session just as their customers enjoy Sky content on Sky Q, sitting on its own branded TV channel - timetolearn. Guest speakers were branded as having their own TV shows.

Sky Q's features were the highlight of the session, showcasing how easy it is to enjoy content around the house and on the go when using voice, play/pause feature and the apps on the platform.
